Client Testimonials

"JKS did a great job on the renovations on my farmhouse.  I found it reassuring to know they had experience working on older buildings and that they enjoys thinking outside the box.  The owner, Justin, worked with me and my ideas and made valuable suggestions.  I got a detailed estimate before any work started. The crew were respectful to me and to my home. Cleanup was done every day before they left and they kept me apprised of what they were doing next. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, I was very pleased with their work."

What types of projects does JKS Custom Building take on?

JKS Custom Building works across a range of residential, commercial, and agricultural projects, including new builds, renovations, additions, and ongoing maintenance work. Our experience includes kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, garages, workshops, cabins, and work on older structures. How do you keep clients informed during a project?

Communication is an important part of how we work. We keep clients apprised of progress, what is happening next, and any important decisions that need to be made along the way. Our aim is to make the construction process feel organized, transparent, and well managed from start to finish.

003

Will you work with my ideas, or do I need to have everything figured out before I reach out?

You do not need to have every detail finalized before getting in touch. Many clients come to us with a general vision, inspiration photos, or a rough idea of what they want, and we help shape that into a clear plan. We take the time to listen, offer helpful suggestions, and guide the process in a way that makes decisions feel more manageable and less overwhelming.

What makes JKS Custom Building different from other contractors?

Our reputation has been built on honest craftsmanship, reliability, and strong relationships. Clients consistently mention our professionalism, respect for their home or property, clean job sites, and commitment to getting the details right. We are proud to be a community-minded builder that values both the quality of the finished work and the experience clients have while getting there.
